7/18 @ 2:25pm- I regretted going here for gas due to convenience because it’s a much higher price. I recall it being a 76 station prior to it becoming a Shell gas station. I used my credit card at the pump and tried to print a receipt but it said my receipt printed inside at the Cashier’s. I went inside & they said oh you’re gonna have to wait, we are in the middle of switching shifts so we have to wait at least 5 minutes. I said forget it but I did ask why there was no paper to print a receipt at the pumps but this younger Indian gal states there is but it gets jammed - You could tell they just didn’t maintain the pumps with paper rolls. I said I’m not gonna wait when I was exiting the door, she said sarcastically, Have a nice day and enjoy the heat. I replied you’re rude. I guess she thought it was funny to say some thing as I was heading out the door. This is a total lack of customer service and this young girl needs to learn some manners and how to be polite instead of rude. I guess she was upset because most people were pissed off having to wait for their gas to be pumped when they went inside to pay. I’m also leery about Shell stations since I had my credit card number stolen at other Shell Gad Stations with fraudulent charges so I had to change my account twice. Not worth stopping, do yourself a favor and go get gas down the street as its much cheaper & you won’t have to deal with her rudeness.
