Pastor Frank Aichinger is a gifted commentator on the relationship of scripture to the problems of our day. A graduate of the Princeton Theological Seminary ('78) and the husband of PTS graduate Anne Fitzgerald Aichinger ('88), also affililated with Grace, Paster Frank's sermons never bore, do not repeat the injunction to "have faith" without adequate grounds for belief as is so typical of more mediocre sermonists, and always relate scripture to contemporary issues in language reflecting today's up-to-the-minute culture. One leaves the sanctuary feeling up-to-date and new, one's faith refreshed and renewed. I trust the outreach work Frank and Anne performed at Middletown Presbyterian in Pennsylvania has also continued at Grace. Best wishes to them both.
