I ordered a bed, dresser, chest of drawers, 2 recliners and a queen size sleeper sofa onIine on November 28. I received a confirmation email saying:
A DELIVERY IS SCHEDULED FOR YOUR ORDER
A Home Delivery date is scheduled for the merchandise listed below. The delivery date listed below was December 14, so plans were made to be home this day. On December 13, I received another email that said:
A DELIVERY IS SCHEDULED FOR YOUR ORDER
A Home Delivery date is scheduled for the merchandise listed below. The delivery date listed below was December 17, since my plans were to be out of town on the 17th, I called the number in the email 855-274-5393 and was told that the date in the emails is not the 'HOME DELIVERY" date but the date my items would be delivered to the warehouse and that home deliver would be a few days later. The guy said that "they" (I guess whoever generates the emails) where aware that this was causing issues because he get 10 calls/complaints per day but "they" don't do anything to correct the issue.

This company should stop sending emails that give deceptive delivery dates.
