Awesome coaching, great environment, nice people. Good for all ages, even has kids classes. I have trained in multiple gyms in the area, this one by far has made me a better all around competitor, as well as many of the people who train there, who have also picked "lost boys" over other gyms in the area. Highly recommended! If you want to compete, or just learn different styles of martial arts, this place is for you!

If you want to be challenged and educated at the same time in Jiu Jitsu, Muy Thai, or other forms of martial arts, come check out this gym. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and most importantly, you will feel accepted and welcomed no matter what skill level you are at. The first lesson is free too which is cool so you can try before you buy. If you are thinking about starting up at a gym, or want to try out a new gym, just come check it out.

Such positive attitudes between everyone and very welcoming to all levels of participants. Always great skills to learn. It's a great atmosphere and truly a blast to be apart of.
