I have been a parishioner at St. Alban's for about 18 years now. The moral and political orientations of the congregation occupy an impressive range -- from 'conservative' ranchers, business and land owners to 'liberal' LGBTQ activists (and everything in between). One of the things I like so much about this church is that it is so welcoming to such a wide range of people, all joined together by their love of Christianity. I have never seen anyone silenced at St. Alban's, by Rev. Sara or anyone else.

I have no idea what occured when will.grant.9 attended that made her feel that she could not disagree with the priest at St. Alban's but I attend because it is more liberal than most and is an open and affirming church that teaches that God's love is for every single person. I have known Mtr. Sara for 5+ years now and conservative or libertarian is not even close to how I would describe her. I go to this church because I am a very forward thinking liberal and find I am very welcome in this church. I am very sorry that she had a negative experience and would invite her back to talk about what happened.
