Scammers!!!!!!! Called to cancel before my 30 day grace period and was told i was 3 days too late. Told me I had to pay a $695 cancellation fee or be forced to use their services for another year! Told them I would report them to the bbb and the representative didnt even sound surprised!!! Asked them to send me a copy of my contract.. the rep. asked me for my full ss#.. I told her by asking me, she was breaking the law. As a company, she isnt allowed to ask for your social security number for any reason( i was a victim of identity theft, so I know a few things about this.). Representative was no help and repetitive. Seemed like she was reading from a script. I cant wait to cancel my bank account and never hear from them again!!!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! Sales person came to my place of business & promised he could save me money on my processing. I told him that my biggest concern was accepting a tip on the credit cards. I spoke with his manager & they both assured me that their terminal would allow tips & I would be paying less monthly if I went through Isis. The terminal was supposed to be shipped overnight & I cancelled service with my previous merchant server. When the terminal did not come the next day & I called to cancel, they told me that I could not because there was no grace period to cancel. The sales person had been by 2 times since I had signed my contract the previous day to "change" things that were filled out incorrectly or not signed. Two days later I received the terminal & started using service. When I received my first statement, Lease Finance Group was the company I was renting my terminal through (without my knowledge) and First American Payment Systems was the processing company (which I was not aware of). I was constantly surprised by "annual fees" and other fees that I was not told I would be paying. I stopped using their service after the last unexpected "fee" & told them that I will no longer be doing business with them. Lease Finance Group had tried to collect different amounts from my bank account using different names to try to recoup their "monthly fee". I checked my credit report and there are four negative items under different company names for the same issue (none of them say Isis). I would like this company to be investigated for unethical business practices.
