I purchased 2 wall huggers with a red upholstery. After less then a year the fabric started sluffing off. Pics were sent The wood and mechanism are wonderful but the fabric , terrible. We only ordered one chair because of the high price. The dealer was told they only had enough fabric for 2 chairs & they were not going to have the fabric after that. Simply Amish guarantees fabric for 1 year. . Most fabric is guaranteed for 3-5 years depending on the "double rubs". I have been in contact with Simply Amish people about helping me with the over $1,000 it will take to reupholster these chairs. Michelle agreed the pics did not look good. We agreed on getting estimates. Today I spoke to Matt, a new customer service rep. He was curt and appeared bored while listening. Later, he simply said he could not help me. The guarantee was for 1 year. End of conversation.
