I needed to buy furniture for three rooms and had been dreading the shopping trip. When I entered the store I met Jack who explained that this is the largest furniture store in WNC and they carry the most brands. As I shopped, Jack quickly understood my style and was able to guide me toward the perfect pieces for my new home. The store and selection are outstanding but my salesman, Jack, is the reason while I’ll return and will refer all my friends. Jack deserves all the stars in the heavens for his friendliness, patience, guidance and knowledge of inventory. Thank you, Jack! You turned a dreaded experience into a happy day!

Sales guy Shawn helped my wife and I with our living room furniture decision process. We felt that he was a good listener, very honest, had good ideas, never pressured us, helped understand different package options, interceded for us with higher ups for a good price, and was very fast on processing the paperwork. All in all a great experience. This is the second time we have made a major purchase at Carolina Furniture Concepts and both times have been good experiences. Since the items we chose had to be ordered from the manufacturer, there is a 2-3 week wait time. That’s not bad (relatively speaking. I’m having to wait 9-10 weeks for stuff I have purchased elsewhere. I would have appreciated free delivery, but for the money we are saving on this package I appreciate being able to pick it up myself. Although CFC isn’t the only place I would look for furniture, it is one of my go-to places to check out, especially when there are discount sales (such as the typical holiday sales).

Decent selection and can custom order with same low prices. Tons of swatches to go through. Helpfull staff in both Dakota and Michael, plus I even in the pleasure of meeting the very nice owner.

Ordered a top-grain leather sofa and oversized chair set and they beat everyone from Asheville to Black Mountain to Highlands, NC.

I was immediately helped by Debbie as I entered the store and given a cold drink when offered. After discussing what I wanted, she expertly showed me and discussed the product that I had in mind. We discussed fabric, and she showed me various products recommended for use with pets. She helped me pick out fabrics and expertly handled the prices and financials. I would highly recommend this store and their staff. I received fabulous care and service.

A very nice shopping experience! Our sales associate was great. She helped us with fabric selection for a new sofa and chair, and helped us find the perfect matching throw pillows. I highly recommend them when you are shopping for furniture!

customer service was excellent ! Sales rep Jennifer Epperley was able to answer all of my questions and was very helpful without hounding me for a purchase.
