We engaged Special Occasions Limousine for my son's senior Prom. Because we did it at the last minute (same day) we were offered, without requesting it, a discounted rate. When the driver arrived, he had a large stain on his shirt and his GPS was not functional. My son had to direct him to each stop using his phone GPS and the driver never opened the door for my son and his guests. Even given the discounted rate, you expect a certain level of service. When my wife called to inform them of the experience, the woman who answered was extremely rude, yelling at my wife and calling her ungrateful. The woman also accused my wife of fraud after she was unable to run our credit card (my wife had to give her the number 3 times). We have used that same card both before and after with no problem, so I have no doubt that the woman ran the number incorrectly. We made sure they got their money, but it will never do business with Special Occasions Limousine again. Look elsewhere if you need a limo!
