They suck...DO NOT LIVE HERE AT ALL......THEY ARE A BIG, MAJOR RIPOFF

I would like to comment about the last statement. The Managers are trying their best to make this community a cleaner, safer and more up to date place so people will be proud of their homes. I don't mind the rules and regulations because it keeps everyone on their toes. We are pleased they are moving in newer homes and moving out older homes. They are in the city limits and if it is not kept up then the city could close them down. It is the most affordable place to live in Asheville and the location is the best that anyone could ask for. I think the Managers are doing a wonderful job and have always been there for me.

The people that leave there are nice but the mangers there a pain, they don't help with all the cars that speed up and down the streets, they go around giving fines for the most nonsense things like your house needs a new paint job, they check your cars to make sure the sticker is up to date there worse than the cops, and there just plan rude people. It also seams like you pay a fortune for water it's crazy and rent goes up like crazy every six months. There's stray cats all over the place but they worry more about how and wear you park. It would be a much better place if they played by there set of rules at all times and not just when they feel the need to.

I was a renter here for 6 months. I liked it so much I bought a double wide. They have new owner and things are looking better around here. They have started a neighborhood watch, And making the owners clean up there yards. They do back ground checks on everyone that lives here you can't have any record to live here this is family community. As I have 3 boys. I feel safe here and really like the staff.

I have lived in this park for two years and it gets increasingly more unpleasant every year. The rent goes up, the neighbors are loud, the staff is unhelpful and people are just generally rude. No one enforces the park rules and people stand in the middle of the street to socialize and expect you to drive around them. I am moving soon and I can not wait.
