I went into this store 3 times the first week I discovered it. The first two trips were awesome. Good prices, clean store, but unfortunately the third trip will be my last. The manager tried to charge me $60 for a used set of three drapes which were CLEARLY marked as $20 for the set. She kept insinuating that I had grouped the drapes together on the hanger and had removed the price stickers and fobs on two of them which was completely untrue. When I denied this, she then tried to sell them to me as a set of 2 for $20 and the third single one for another $20. When I told her that this did not make any sense and that I wanted none of them, then. She seemed happy that she could take them back and leave me, the upset customer, to her underling cashier to placate. I can only assume that this manager was either trying to make an extra income from tripling the cost at the register or wanted to save the drapes for herself or a friend. Either way, I will not be giving my considerable donation monies to Goodwill as long as they employ such irresponsible and unethical managers such as this.
