I purchased a pair children's Nike brand shoes size 10.5c from this business on 6/16/2015. Within 2.5 weeks of purchasing the shoes the soles began to separate from the shoe and were no longer able to be worn. On one of the shoes the sole is actually 50% detached from the shoe. We purchased the pair of shoes for over $55.00. After calling Nike we were advised to check the manufacture date of the shoes which turned out to be 2007. Nike stated that the shoes should not have been sold at that price because of they had been shelved for 8 years. Nike also stated that Kidz Shooz is not an authorized Nike dealer. Kidz Shooz refused to refund our money back or even exchange the shoes. They only offered to repair the shoe or give us a discount on another pair. When I asked to speak to a manager or store owner I was told that he would not speak to customers and lived in Maryland. It is deceptive to sell a pair of shoes that were manufactured 8 years ago at full price and not offer an exchange or refund when they fall apart after 2 weeks. I reported this business to the Better Business Bureau and am contesting the charges on my credit card. This place does not even deserve a 1 star rating.
