The young woman who owns and operates this business extremely poor customer service. I contacted her about a jacket for my husband for Christmas. We set a day and time for me to come by her shop, she is only open from 6pm-8pm. We confirmed I would be there at 6:00. On the day of the appointment I called her at 6pm to inform I would be 5 min late. She tells me she is in Springfield in traffic and ask if I could come back later. She forgot about our appointment! I had just driven from Granite Run Mall, with my 23 month old in the car, so that I could make it, and she tells me she is in traffic and can I come back because she got the time mixed up?!? Really she had no excuse. I work to lady! I have a toddler and I'm also in school! When you failed to prioritize your business and your customer you affected the remainder of my night, and my Christmas! Shame on You!!! I DO NOT recommend this company!!!!
