Fiesta Mexico Restaurant opened in 2005 and is located at the intersection of Saw Mill River Rd. and Ashford Ave., right off of the Saw Mill River Parkway in Ardsley, New York. Owner Gerardo Ponce and his brothers who originally are from Puebla, Mexico, have been in the restaurant business for over 25 years. They started their careers in Florida and moved north to the New York area 5 years ago.Fiesta Mexico prides itself on serving only Authentic Traditional Mexican Food along with a medley of Tex-Mex offerings Some of our customer's favorites include Burritos, Fajitas and our Veggie Meals for those seeking a health conscious meal. All meals on our menus are available for take out and we offer a special catering menu for small to large parties. As a compliment to your meal enjoy a cocktail such as our famous Fiesta Margarita, a Tequila Sunrise or a Mexican Ice Tea. Our house Sangria made on premises is a customer favorite.
