Every year I get eviction notices at least twice a year, now I have one for a 15 dollar maintness fee that I havnt recieved a notice on Nor have I had any maintness done. I painted my apartment at my cost well my boyfriends cost because after 7 or 8 years of living there and watching all the others get painted and being told by the last 3 managers that I would be the first to get mine painted and never did I used some free paint which wasnt there requirement so I was told pay 500/be evicted so I had to paint again. Anyway I am poor and cant afford to move and my son wants to finish school there and has grown up in this apartment, I am so stressed living here because of always being told im getting evicted.
