I wish I knew how to say disappointing in Chinese - i’ve given two different ones 50 miles apart a chance and from what I see the great wall chain it’s self is disgusting, dirty, grungy, less than mediocre tasting food, I will never walk through the door of another one again

Ordered food to go, was GROSS. Asked for my $$ back they refused
People behind me walked out after seeing roaches on the table and walls. Nasty

This is a WONDERFUL place to eat!! The staff is very helpful and polite. The food is OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!!! One of my favorite places in Arkadelphia to have Chinese Food. I love the fried rice and usually top it with General Tsao Chicken. It is delicious. Also try the Apple Pie and Vanilla Ice Cream.

I went in got my food to go and got in the car after i paid 7.80. Opened my box to find a hair in my food i went in polite and asked if i could get a refund because I found a hair in my food. One lady said thats not hair thats seasonings... The other lady tried to hide it in the sauce on the chicken i had to literally pick it off the chicken and hold it up to the light to SHOW her it was a hair not seasonings. They talked and they came to the conclusion that it was a chicken hair. Not human. I dont care whose hair it was it was a hair and a hair is a hair and i wanted a refund. They refused a refund told me they dont do refunds and handed me another box. What makes you think i want anymore of your food. Never again.

These folks do not have ONE ITEM on their buffet that is not cooked perfectly and tastes absolutely delicious! The girls who work there are the sweetest things and so attentive. This is my favorite place to eat in Arkadelphia. Maybe Arkansas.
