Management does NOT care about the residents. You are nothing but a rent check to them. The manager made promises about when work would be completed or how long rent would stay the same and would later deny having ever made such promises. Rent goes up frequently, but you never see any improvements for your extra money. The speed bumps will damage your vehicle, and the parking lot is full of cracks and holes. They are supposed to treat for pests and change air filters every 3 months, but there were times this went over a year and a half without being done. The grass is always overgrown, the flower beds are either barren or full of weeds, and the buildings are covered in mildew, gnats, and spider webs. You will not get your deposit back. The property manager’s supervisor is very greedy and will refuse to reason with you about anything. If you stop by, the manager will put up a good front, but it is totally fake.
