I’m not much for restaurants with a grungy cafeteria feel & bright lights, when I hear the word hibachi I visualize dark & cozy looking over a hot flat top Grill watching rise sizzle away, that’s not going to happen here- definitely steamed rice- I don’t understand why the word hibachi is in the name, also they stand and stare at you while you eat, it’s not a place I will ever go again-

The food is very mediocre mostly because there’s no passion anywhere for food here and you sense that immediately- I visualize somebody saying - we have to make a living somehow with a big shrug of the shoulders
