Wife booked a cruise on with her and because of the Hurricane season had to cancel, called to reschedule several times and would not answer phone and she changed her phone number and still will not return calls or refund my wife's money for that cruise, I really think she took the money and ran because there no way to get in touch with her, I am going to refer this to my lawyer for false advertising and theft over $500 dollars we still have the receipt from the money order and also will refer her to the better business for false advertising

On September 11th, my wife and I stopped by Tye Quilts in Arkadelphia, AR, which is about 50 miles from our home, on our way to Little Rock to visit friends in the Children's Hospital and also take in a play while up that way. As time was short, my wife came back to the car saying she had seen this small pretty quilt with cats on it, but there were other customers ahead of her so she didn't wait to see if it was for sale; and we traveled on to Little Rock.

First chance away from my wife that afternoon, I called Tye Quilts and discribed the item as best I could and asked if it was for sale. It was and we di a debit card sale over the phone that "didn't go through" the first time, so I gave her my number again, all was fine, and she was to mail my package to me on the following Monday, September 14th. I later that afternoon happily informed my wife that I had her a nice surprise coming in the mail!

That night, I was looking through my banking online and saw that I had been charged twice for the item; and, on the 12th called the store letting her know, and she said she'd get it taken care of.

I next looked at my banking on September 16th, and the two charges were still there. I again called to let here know, and she told me that while funds were taken out of my account immediately on these card purchases, that it could take up to two weeks for a return to go through. This didn't make much sense to me, but whether a co-incidence or not, the credit went through 15 minutes later when I again checked the banking.

A week later and no package. I called to inquire and was asked to for patient as it had been mailed as scheduled. This I did, but when the package had still not came in on the 24th ( ten days after it was mailed) I again called and talked to another lady there who assured me it was mailed on the 22nd (!?!?!?!! ) October 2nd rolls around and still no package, and I am a very unhappy customer and call and am assured that it was mailed on Sept 30th!!! I was very upset and asked why I had been told it had been mailed all those previous times and that I did not feel assured that it was now indeed in the mail and that I wanted a return of my money. Instead I was told that I needed to understand that "they didn't mail stuff every day, but that it would surely be there either Oct. 3rd or 5th.

October 5th, no package, October 6th no package and all my calls are going to an answering machine. October 7th, no package and again all my calls going to an answering machine x5!!! I put down my phone and called the same number from my friends phone and it was picked up on the second ring, but again assurance that the boss lady said it had been mailed, and there was nothing that could be done until she returned on October 12th!! ( I cannot prover that they had my phone blocked, but it sure looked that way.

Finally on October 9th the package arrived having been mailed on OCTOBER 6th. I that taken them 25 days to get the package the approximately 6 blocks across town to the post office. How many times I was lied to about when it was mailed I can count up. A far as the banking and the phone I can only surmise. BUT THIS WAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE HAD IN ALL MY YEARS AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE WANTING QUILTING ITEMS TO DRIVE PAST TYE QUILTS!!!! There are better ones out there, and it is obvious they do not tell the truth or seem concerned about what a customer thinks or needs. I give them the poorest rating allowed based on this epic transaction.
