i would choose zero stars if i could!

Wow. Where can i start. First of all i recieved very poor manners from housekeepers. Spoke profanities and didnt wipe anything down so there was hair and dirt (not to mention dead roaches by the microwave and blood stains in the bathroom by the toilet. they left me with no toilet paper, towels or cups. I had to use my hands to drink from the sink because the pop machine was empty. To make matters worse, i had no extra clean towels so i had to use my extra clothes as a towel and as a clean blanket . Blood stains were on the mattress and one wasn't even wearing gloves. But they bothered to complain they weren't going to clean before i unpacked because they said they couldn't breathe in the air because of cigarette smoke when i wasn't even close enough to unpack my cigarettes. Tell you what, i sure needed one after this mess. I was going to tell the operater up front they could've done so much better but he hung up on me as i asked for a house keeper. DEFINITELY __NOT__ COMING BACK TO THIS 'BEST VALUE INN' and definitely not referring this to anyone!
