i was a customer at Power 2 Years ago and they totally ripped me off little did i know about broker fees till i sent my insurance elsewhere. i never knew that broker fees should not be paid when presenting a change to a policy so everytime i got a new car and took another off there goes another $200 off my pocket. When i demanded an explanation the staff were not giving me a firm answer. i feel sorry for its blind sighted, misinformed customers.

I sold Power Insurance of Arlete, CA 2 telephones and they never paid for them after repeated requests for payment.
