I took in my macbook pro 15 inch for service. It had a software problem. Before I took my laptop in for service, my macbook NEVER had a problem with the battery. I understand that batteries die and eventually have to be replaced, but what a coincidence that as soon as I take my macbook to Virtual Future to service, my macbook will not stay on unless it's connected to an outlet. If you read another gentlemen's review about them damaging his battery from his macbook pro. Doesn't that seem kind of odd that people that take their macbook pros in to service, their battery all of a sudden don't work? BEWARE!!! This guy seems friendly and honest but he is a business man that only thinks of taking money from his customers and most important he is a CROOK!! He will steal your battery or any part that may be of use for him.

brought my laptop (Macbook pro ) One of the employees was having a hard time to take off the battery off my laptop ,when i came to pick up my laptop the battery lid was damage !!! Poor customer service

bad costumer service ,i took my laptop to upgrade to windows 7 and in like 30 days later the computer keep asking me for a real windows when i brougt it back they denied it was them that did it .
