If I could give ZERO STARS to this company, I would. This deceptive company begins its crime by falsely promising to help others who make an honest hard living working to make ends meet. They operate with the sole intent of taking advantage of these people (mainly minority groups) and selling them LEMONS! Their intrest rates are ridiculous and through the roof. Despite them knowing of your limited situation. They want to bill you weekly payments with 20% on an '98 Nissan. If you want Lemon cars at dealer prices go to 2001. I would NOT by any means reccomend 2001 to nobody, not even to my worst enemy.

First accidents, one on Elmhurst road by Jewel, my frond end was destroyed. Leaking radiator everywhere and other fluids.. I called 2001 immediately dispatched a tow truck. I was hysterical because I don't have rental coverage and told me they will take care of my rental. They kept me updated by email on the process of the repairs. When I picked up my car it was fully detailed and they touched up some non accident related chips.

On my second accident, they had a rental ready when I called to drop off my car. They dealt with state farm on my behalf!!! They had my car done in less than a week. They detailed my car and made it look like new. I love this place and I WILL CONTINUE TO GO THERE FOR ANY OTHER SERVICE.

This people SCAM YOU, they steal you money try to charge you for things that you as a customer shouldn't pay DON'T BUT FROM THIS PEOPLE if your car breaks down they charge you the fix the tow and they over charge you they take long to fix your car my car was there for a month and they still didn't fix it they are just a waste of time waste of money even the employees have told me to take my car somewhere else
