NEVER have I seen people so careless about disabled people like the workers at this facility. I have called three weeks ago to order a wheel chair for my disabled brother which I have explained his sever situation to them, and gave me the wrong instructions on how the procedures go. I have conformed many times on what they needed from me and they said that they have everything they need. 10 days later, I called back. First, they told me that they have no information from the insurance. Then they said they contacted the doctor. Finally they said I did not provide enough information, yet I had provided everything they needed in my last call and also confirmed! They spoke with a very rude attitude telling me they can't help me! Are you serious! How can these people still have a business?! It's so sad. I wish I could give zero stars!
