I am passionate about helping my clients strengthen their relationships. Often, relational issues result from an inability to feel safe engaging in authentic and vulnerable communication. We frequently attempt to protect ourselves by building up defenses and unfortunately, it is these very walls that keep us detached from those we seek to be close to. My goal is to assist clients in breaking down these barriers so they can have an open and honest dialogue. I strive to create a secure environment that empowers individuals to express their true selves. This allows my clients to view themselves and each other clearly, in order to connect in a genuine way."
