I've had the same experience as the reviewer before with the person on the other line sounding too busy and annoyed with my call and questions. Well, I'm sorry "Patric" I bothered you trying to bring you my business. Perhaps you were expecting me to FedEx my credit card to you wrapped in cash. I will never book a car with anyone who has no clue what limo service is about. Perhaps he is running a taxi service. There is nothing about this operator that indicates any tact, manners or luxury service etiquette. Clearly these people are there for the money only. I'm spending mine somewhere else.

i called about any prom packages and before i even finished asking the man cut me off by saying NO! NO! NO! and when he hung up he did not even say bye or thanks for calling, even though i said oh, thanks any ways ( in a friendly way).
