Simply terrible. If you are renting in Arlington, definitely ask about who manages the building before renting. Davidson Management is by far the worst management companies I have ever had to deal with. I have lived in one of their buildings for many, many years and honestly, I don't know why I put up with them. They will not fix anything that is wrong in the apartment or the building, or, if they do, they do a half-baked job of it. I have had issues with the dishwasher, my hot water, and random leaks in my unit - all of which were not properly or promptly dealt with. (Example: I had to call the Health department before Davidson would fix my hot water issues.) The building has a whole slew of issues - the most obvious is with the fire alarm system (which goes off so often, people now have a tendency to outright ignore it, which is DANGEROUS.) The people working in the office are incompetent and the vast majority of the maintenance people in the building are beyond rude. It's not worth it. My recommendation - do NOT rent any property owned by Davidson Mgmt. It's not worth it by any means.

BEWARE Davidson Management! When I was a tenant they failed to address safety issues like asbestos, crumbling interiors, and worst of all electrical problems. If somthing finally got fixed - they did a mediocre job on the repair and then raised the rent! I would give them no stars if it were possible
