This management took over my condo building recently and I am unimpressed by their work. Nothing happens in a timely manner, it's impossible to reach the actual management, as they have an answering service that does a bad job of getting the message through. In addition it seems that no one is ever in the managing office during their office hours.

Unreliable, unresponsive, very lazy. I wish our old management were here. Thinking about moving out to a better place.
