As a small business that uses this company I have to say maybe some of you should read the signs posted that say private property, your car may be towed at the owner's expense. Or if in an apartment complex, usually there is a required sticker or certain assigned spaces, so don't park illegally- then gripe about it. You broke the law.

This company took/ stole our car from our paid parking spot at from our apartment complex at 4:40 am this morning. This is when everyone is asleep, unaware, and cannot have any way to stop them. There was no courtesy call, warning, notification to our apartment complex. We woke up thinking our car was stolen and called the police. The police had to tell us it was towed and we are freaking out wondering why. The worst part is they damaged our car. There is puncture/hole in front bumper to where they put their towing materials on. We had the Arlington police come out to view car as it was being retrieved. We are so frustrated and feel robbed of our Christmas money and now having to deal with car damages. They have zero sympathy or compassion. They don't care about inconveniencing us. We were late to work, too. It was a horrible situation and they just give attitude and treat us like we were the ones that did something wrong. Even one of the employees was walking out with a smirk on his face. It is very hurtful. This is an unethical business.

Also they refused to show the photos so we could see damages that said were there prior to being towed and when my apartment complex sent them to me there wasn't photo showing bumper. The lady that worked there lied to me and said the damage was there or that they had proof. I filed a complaint with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation Enforcement Division and an investigator will have to go out there. We have to file claim with our insurance. We can take it further to small claims court and this costs money, however the officers in our jurisdiction and Arlington said they are willing to be subpoenaed if need be.

This is just a horrible company. They don't care what they do to people. I can understand if we were illegally parked or our car was in repossession but our car wasn't and that they damage the car is the part that really hurts.

This company is HORRIBLE!! Extremely rude and lacking any and all professionalism. They towed my car and when I picked it up and paid $300, they had STOLEN OUR LICENSE PLATE!!! They claimed they never had it but I know for a fact that they do. So not only are they rude and thieves, they are running an illegal business. I cannot even believe this company is allowed to get away with what they are doing. Absolutely absurd.

They were prompt to remove my car and leave me stranded in the dark in a parking lot...husband came to pick me up and there were 3 tow trucks prowling in the dark they also had a guy walking around the parking lot.. I get it but damn shady practices...predatory towing for sure yal suck cause you aren't an actual towing service that helps stranded people. This company does the exact opposite. Only 1 sign posted in the dark....

I was just nearly side swiped by this tow truck on an exit ramp. I flipped the man off so he blocked traffic--completely stopped so I could take a picture of his truck to report him. He didn't care he nearly crushed my tiny car full of kids exiting 360 in the middle of 8:00am rush hour traffic then had the nerve to stop and block traffic being an a-hole times two, I mean I appreciate the great picture of his truck number and the smile on his face, but the attitude was unnecessary as he was putting even more lives at risk.

These people are a bunch of racist, trashy, dirty thieves. They were completely unprofessional when I came to get my car. I am Native American so my car tags are from my tribe. When I brought it my title they asked what it was and if it was real. One of the women then asked me "so what kind of special privileges to you get with those tags?" I responded none. Her ignorant question and general demeanor towards me was very derogatory.

Scam Artists

My truck was towed from Oakland and Lancaster. This company stalks people and waits. The only sign there said "no parking for subway and PLS" I did not go to neither of them. Something needs to be done with this company or the signs. I would have no problem paying the 271.10 dollars if I Was in the wrong.

lying thiefs will tow for no reason

I walked in to subway to eat and after 35 min car was gone. Their reason "left unattended" completly ridiculous, guess they really need money. Spoke to a so called Cindy who was extremely rude and uncooperative at providing location information. I dont understand how these people sleep at night.

This is a predatory towing company. My car was towed from Whole Foods parking lot thirty minutes after I left it. There are no posted signs in the parking lot warning vehicles may be towed if left, except small signs at the entrances you do not notice due to your focus on traffic as you enter. Also, all the signs face out from the parking lot toward the street. I was told they have "spotters" to look for people parking to attend sporting events. I'm disappointed Whole Foods turns a blind eye and offers no warnings against this predatory practice.
