I just wanted to send a note to you and the owner of the Affordable MBEG Limousine Service to say what a wonderful job was done by the limo driver that was assigned to our wedding party for the evening. She was courteous, friendly and had a lot of patience with transporting family members back and forth between the church, reception and home again. I will highly recommend your company to my friends and neighbors. Thank you very much for making my daughter's wedding an enjoyable and non stressful evening for us.

Worst customer service ever! Broken down party bus on the way to prom. Was told by the driver a partial refund would be issued. We have yet to receive our refund and the owner won't return our calls.

I had a 10 person limo reserved for my best friend's bachelorette night I was hosting. I booked 2 months in advance and paid up front. During the week of the event I spent 2 days calling and calling to confirm the reservation so all would go well as our night out was time sensitive! I was promised and reassured all is good. 5 minutes before the limo was suppose to pick us all up at the hotel I received a phone call that they weren't going to be able to make it!! He said they have had "one of those days" and there was a mix up. If we did not leave within 10 minutes of his not coming phone call we were going to miss our event! I called 2 taxis (spent $100 per car) to take the out of town bachelorette party to our event! Then he tells me okay to make this better he will refund the money and pick us up from our event and bring us to dinner, hesitant I agreed because as livid and embarrassed as I was I tried to be understanding that mistakes do happen. WRONG! When the time came to pick us up once again they were a NO SHOW!! I called him over 40 times until I finally received a text message that he gave us his word but his driver no showed (later found out the driver was lost). Needless to say we spent 2 hours waiting for a taxi to come get us all to bring us back to our hotel in Plano (it was a big concert weekend so getting a taxi was impossible). So on top of the $$ I paid him for the limo, I had to pay for taxis to hopefully save the evening..we missed our 7:30 dinner reservations and didn't arrive back until 10pm for dinner. We did our best to make the most of all the ruined plans, but it honestly screwed the entire evening we had planned for the bride!! I highly recommend you STAY AWAY from this company! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!

This service was used for my grand daughter and 20 of her friends for their Prom. It arrived on time and the driver was fine but the so called "Party Bus" was the most hideous thing I have ever seen! The kids were laughing at how ugly It was! It looked like a short yellow bus that had been SPRAY painted black and it looked like holes that had been patched over, The bumper was bent up and it sounded like it was on its last leg! My daughter and grand daughter went to look at the bus before renting it and was told that they have lots of party buses(junk) and that they didn't know which one would be coming but, it would be nice. What a joke! This is unacceptable and outrageous! For the 1300.00 that was paid they should have had something other than this piece of CRAP! DO NOT rent from here you will be sorry!

The next step is the BBB of Texas. Anyone else who has had a problem with them I urge you to do the same. My grand daughter was so embarrassed when everyone was making jokes and it was even worse when they pulled up at the Prom and parked with the Limo's and a Mercedes Party bus. Thanks Affordable for sending a piece of crap!!

My husband rented a party bus for me 30th birthday and we were told that the bus would have a pole, lights, ice in the cooler, wood flooring and many other extras. When the bus picked us up it was the WORST bus we have ever been in there were were multiple broken fixtures and it was not the bus we paid for. When we called for a partial refund nobody returns your call. We have left several voicemails and have also spoken to a rep that told us the owner will need to call us back. WE HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A RETURN CALL. We have rented other busses in the past from other companies and they have all been much better than this one. This place is a sham! I have pictures of the crappy bus if anyone is interested

I used MBEG for my daughters homecoming dance, booking the limo was a breeze.. we where highly impressed with the drivers prompt and early arrival, the vehicle was immaculate and the kids had a great time riding with him! Thanks for making my baby's first formal dance a success.. will definitely be using you guys for other events!

We Booked a bus for my birthday. It was amazing. The driver knew all the hot spots to hit up cause we were wing it. The staff was very nice when booking. My friend lost her ID in the bus the next day we called and the driver came to meet us to get it back to her. Thanks for such a Great Job guys MBEG for Life.

If I could give negative rating I would. The owner is a complete waste of space!!!! Will not return calls and the lady who I communicated with was a joke. Pay the extra money and go somewhere else. The driver was almost 30 mins late causing me to spoil the surprise for my wife. The limo was damaged on the exterior and the driver had the music blaring so loud that I heard it from the front door and he was parked in the middle of the street. After getting into the car, my wife noticed the speedometer didn t work and the driver was texting on his phone. She got concerned about her safety because we were flying by everyone on the highway. The idiot driver said that he had to be back in Fort Worth by 8pm and had to get us all the way to American Airlines Arena. He made it seem as if it were our fault he was late. I am filing a claim with Better Business Bureau, Dept of Transportation and any other affiliates as this company should not be in business!!!!! What a joke and pathetic excuse for service. After the concert, we were picked up by a third party vendor who doesn t even work for the company. Come on, REALLY?? My friend rented a limo for her 24th birth day. The limo service was so nice and could acomidate all are needs for the night. With being on time to even stoping and getting more ice when we ran out. Her birthday was a blast thanks to the great servce......I highly recomind this company.

Just a quick note to say thank you so much for the great experience MBEG provided. My wife and both nieces told me that they had such a good time, and that your Driver did an EXCELLENT job. Please pass along our positive words to all those involved. You can be assured you will hear from me again.

The exterior was in sub-par condition and was, from what our children said, not to the exact specifications they were told during booking. (Model year/color) Once the driver came to help us in, we noticed his stained shirt and his disheveled appearance. Not what you would expect from a limo service. While getting in the car, it became quite clear that the air stopped working. After expressing our concerns to the driver, he mentioned "We have had a lot of complaints about that." On top of the air issue, the interior was dirty and smelled awful. The previous party left empty water bottles, used napkins, and debris on the seats ... weekend for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. I used "Affordable DJ Service" for my parent's 50th anniversary party and everything came out perfectly! Even though there was a difficult mix of polka, country, disco and such, they brought along everything that was requested. What everybody enjoyed the most was that the music was played without a lot of the "over-the-top" DJ talk. Michael was just wonderful and he kept the party going even through the power losses due to the massive storms moving through the area. Lastly, when compared to other DJ's, they were less than half the cost. I will definitely contact them again when needed in the future and I won't hesitate to recommend them.
