They're not even worth one star! I went to buy some hair products at this store this week and in this HOT Texas July weather. Well, while shopping, my two year old whom am potty training wanted to use the pee pee room and so I kindly asked one of the ladies that worked there if I could take my child to use the bathroom. She looked at me coldly and stone faced and said NO! She responded by telling me to go use the bathroom at Tom Thumb next door. I told her that if she thought it was okay for me to spend my hard earned money in her store and can't be allowed to let a child use the bathroom, she was truly mistaken. I told her I'd take my business else where and I did exactly that. I took my child and walked right out of the store. That was my first time to this store and will not be returning. I'd not recommend it to anyone. Maybe when they start treating customers like people not just dollars!
