Just had an "owner" who's name I do not recall, stop by my home in the colony to give me quote on siding and trim on a home i was getting ready to sell.

Do not tell these people you are selling your home because as soon as i did he walked out and said "We usually dont do work on a home people are trying to sell, we will call you" WHAT?! You dont want to make a lump sum of money? The person did not even look at the amount of work that needed to be done. He was rude and unprofessional, would not recommend anyone do business with these people.

Please get more than one quote before you use this company! They have a great sales pitch but they'll pull a fast one on you in a heartbeat.

GREAT JOB! I had American Eagle provide me with a proposal for the installation of windows, insulation and radiant barrier. Several of my neighbors had used American Eagle for the same products and I looked at the work performed on their homes and the work was first class. I have since had the work completed on my home and the job was completed on time, the workers were very professional, clean and polite. The total job was FIRST CLASS! I would recommend them for anything.

We were in good hands with american eagle! This company is the true meaning that customer service is still alive and well! We got a flyer from a very pleasant lady at our home and ask for someone to call us for an appointment to check into replacement windows, then we got a very nice call from their office & set up a time for someone to come out. The gentleman came & showed us the best window we ever saw & we purchased. With days we got a thank you note & a call from Nikki saying we were approve for windows & then got a very freindly visit from the president of the company with several financial options to choose. Then Mike the installer came out for final measurements & explain the next step. Within 10 days he call again to set time to install. Mike and his crew did a great job! They replaced rotten wood sills, that we didn't know about & left our home & new windows sparkling.Everyone we dealt with was very easy to deal with and we have notice a 40% saving on our energy bills & we feel more secure. American Eagle and staff rates a 10 in our book. Thank again American Eagle!

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you American Eagle Builders for my new looking kitchen. The kitchen refacing is amazing. My kitchen did not look this good even on the day I moved in. I actually look forward to preparing meals for my family now. I have even had a party since the remodel just to show off my kitchen. Thank you again I just can not express my gratitude!!!

I am glad we chose another product offered by American Eagle Builders that will help us conserve non-renewable energy. We had new windows put in our home and it was amazing how much warmer our house is and we noticed that the heater rarely came on and my 90 year old mother-inlaw was not complainting it was cold in her room. That was the best news, cause she get cold at 78 degrees and we were able to lower the heat to 70 degrees! Thanks American Eagle for making my life easier and helping in saving big money.

Professional. That is all I should have to say to tell others of the wonderful service your company has provided for my family. The windows and patio door have made a HUGE difference in our house and our pocketbooks. Every room is the same temperature. I do not have to close curtains or put towels on sills to keep the cold out. I barely notice the heat going on at all. It is fabulous.

The employees were professional, honest and courteous. Instead of giving us a sales pitch they taught us about energy efficiency. I would and already have recommend this company to friends and family. What a good hedge against being held hostage by future utility bills. DC

Thank you for coming to my home and explaining your product so well. We had talked to other companies and received very little information. The work was done very promptly and without cutting corners. The guys that did the work were very courteous and did not disrupt our home or schedule. We were told we would have substantial savings on our electric bill, which was hard to beleive, but now it has come true. We have saved 36% so far. My handyman approves and he is very picky.

Highly Recommended. American Eagle Builders has done many home improvements for me and has always done outstanding work. I really love my new kitchen cabinets and energy efficient windows. To my surprise I was able to afford both the cabinets and windows with an easy monthly payment.

I, like most folks, value customer loyalty. After hearing this customer's needs, I suggested they should probably go back to a company whom they had used in the past, who had given them good service and the quality they were happy with. "No" said the wife, "we will only work with a company who can give us the custom kind of windows we desire."

I presented and priced the high-end custom job THEY requested. They seemed quite happy and said the only thing they needed further was to see actual samples of the various wood trims we could do.



Although my Mom had suffered a stroke in Houston, I did not pass off the work, but instead drove miles and miles to collect the exact samples of the kinds of wood trim we could do. When I called to set a time to show them what I had assembled for them, the man was dismissive and said he had found a cheaper price. OF COURSE HE HAD!



The customer demanded the top, best, custom quality available in the market, and all the FREE service, but chose instead to go with the very company I had suggested might be their best option at our initial meeting.



When I only asked why they had sent me all over to fetch something they did not want (after they knew the exact pricing for the work), the homeowner got angry and hung-up.



We have the best customers I have ever had the privilege of serving. Sometimes the best answer to prayer are the jobs we do not get!



By the way...my Mom has recovered and I was able to get to Houston to help, despite this customer’s demands.

$52,000 for windows on a 1 story house, and siding on the attic portion??????? Was our only estimate option given also. Our estimate guy was a very enthusiastic individual who came with one and only one option for us. Was his promotional package, cut us a great deal he swore. I agree he did offer to cut a considerable amount off, but I have never heard of it costing $ 52,000 to replace windows on a one story house, and siding on the attic part of our house. And the funniest part of it, our next 3 estimates gave options for the windows, not just top of line product. And the estimates were all about $ 40,000 cheaper. If ya want a quality product with variety in choice options, and don't want to be taken advantage of on the financial side, please save yourself the time and go somewhere else.
