Brought in my dad's non-working mantle clock. Steve looked at it, explained what it required, provided a winding key, added some TLC and sent us on our way within half an hour. It did take a couple of months to get the appointment, but we'll worth it. He also told us what to look for when it did need to be returned for repairs. Fully satisfied customers!

I remember this gentleman. He drove up as I was preparing to leave for a service call. Sometimes I'm out for such reasons, that's why I work by appointment, so people don't come by when I'm not there. I have this policy shown on every page of my website including the home page, the contact page and the location page. Giving a negative rating on a business because you haven't bothered to read or call before jumping in your car is hardly my fault. It even mentions appointment only on this page(YP).......

I look at the web site. Nothing to day I would be seen by appointment only. I go to the location started on web site, during the hours stated. I was surprised to see the location was a home and not a business. There was a man looking in the back of his vehicle. I she'd him off this was the proper location. He turned and said yes... By appointment only then turned away. I drive over 30 minutes to get here. Very disappointed. I would not recommend this business.
