Provided by YP.comThis preschool, Arlington Early Care and Education, opened in 2018 after a total renovation. Prior to that it was a Children's Courtyard. Any reviews prior to 2018 had nothing to do with our organization. We would love for the community to stop by for a tour or feel free to go to our website and watch the virtual tour of our amazing and nationally accredited program.

Provided by YP.comI LOVE this daycare!! The director, which her name is Jessica, is the best ever! She is very sweet and is VERY understanding. Also the other manager Cindy is just as nice. Anytime I have had a problem Jessica or Cindy have been quick to fix it. My son started daycare when he was 2 and was very attached to me. Jessica and the rest of the Employees have made it to where my son feels at home. He was not talking so well when he first started and now he does not stop. My child learned some Spanish words and only had been there for a couple months. I AM VERY PICKY when it comes to my son and I would NOT have him at any other daycare than this one. I actually took him out for about 2 months but quickly put him back in. My favorite teachers would be Megan and Ashley and they are the 2-3 year old teacher. ANYONE who picks this school will be VERY pleased in everyway!

Provided by YP.comWhen it comes to naming your child, as parents you may find yourself spending much of your time deciding on the perfect name. What is a perfect name? A perfect name holds value to one’s family/cultural, it signifies importance to a family, and it hold connotation to the family.
While in the process of calling different child care facilities for my three-year-old child, I came across Early Care & Education located at 2501 Ball park Way, Arlington, TX 76006. Immediately an enthusiastic welcoming voice answer the phone and her name was Christie. I explained to Christie that I wanted to get the tuition rate for my three-year-old child who is not quite fully potty trained. We giggled a little on how every child is different in learning in that area and eventually they will grasp it. Christie then provided me with the tuition rate for child care for three days out the week and five days out the week. She then proceeds to schedule me a tour around the center for the next business day. She asked me my child’s name and date of birth. I provide her with my son name with the spelling as: St. Jah Andrews and date of birth. I was excited and hopeful that this could be the perfect center for my child, location was perfect and the staff (Christie seem to be friendly.) She concluded with have a good night and see you tomorrow.
At that next very moment, I hear Christie speaking with another person (I am assuming another colleague) and this friendly person Christie instantly became annoyed and irritated while communicating to her colleague that a parent has name their child: St Jah, she begins to spell my sons name out to her colleague. I was not able to clearly make out what may have been said from the unknown colleague, but Christie made her opinion strong and distant that my son name was absurd, ridiculous, and makes no sense at all. As I hold the phone tears falls from my eyes in disbelief to hear these harsh comments from a child care

Provided by YP.comI am beyond furious about what happened with the employees of this facility . if you are a person of color or a person from a different background . I would think twice before enrolling your kids.

Provided by YP.comI have to disagree with the previous reviews. My child is currently enrolled their and I absolutely love it! The teachers are very knowledgeable of the program in which they teach. The classrooms are very enriched and the children are engaged in activities daily. The teachers are very informative and I receive emails weekly from my child's teacher letting me know what they will be working on that week and if we need to bring anything to school for different activities. The management staff are very friendly and always there to help in any way they can. Mrs. Branda is always smiling and there to assit in anyway. Ms.Theresa is very involved with the children. She reads stories to them and join in in other activities. My child cries each evening when it/'s time to go home. I love the fact that she enjoys being there. I am VERY picky when it comes to my children and I can say that I am comfortable with leaving my child in their care. She was potty trained quickly after starting. I have recommended other families and they are still there with no complaints as well. I am very pleased with the experience that my child and myself are getting from this school..

Provided by YP.comI agree completely with the first review that was posted in 2008...here it is a year later and the daycare IS STILL the same! I only had my son there for 1 month before transferring him to the Children’s Courtyard off of Wimbledon, which I absolutely LOVE! I WOULD NEVER BRING REFFER ANYONE TO BRING THEIR KIDS HERE!

Provided by YP.comI wouldn't take my kids there. The mangement team is very manipulative and unprofessional. They know exactly what to say to get your money. For example for the summer. We were promised a bag, towel and t-shirt and didnt recieve it until mid July. When i asked the teachers the always said " I dont know ask at the front desk". The school age kids do exactly what they could be doing at home like play video/arcade games and watch T.V. My school age daughter also said that over the summer they ran out of paper to do art.She said the food was nasty and the staff more or less told them eat what they give you or dont eat at all. I felt like my younger children werent learning. So, while most of the teachers are nice and welcoming. You definatly don't get what you pay for!!!!

Provided by YP.comDo not send your children to this daycare. It has very poor management that is unresponsive to your concerns. It can easily take weeks or months and requiring constant reminding to address issues that could have been resolved in a single day or prevented with more attentiveness. I had three children attend this daycare for over a year, so I have seen a wide assortment of the classrooms. The curriculum in the pre-school program is inadequate to properly prepare children for the modern kindergarten. In addition, all classes and activities in the school age building are poorly supervised. Children can have toys stolen from them and cry, and it went unnoticed by the supervising teachers. The infant sign language program that they advertise is essentially non-existant. The management doesn't properly treat the teachers, so there is a low morale. The management does not weed out or address children with behavioral issues. Instead they continue to bite, punch, pull hair, and be disruptive to the classroom. This results in parents pulling out the well behaved kids to protect them from the poor behavior. My children were excessively biten, and my 5 year old was still getting biten when it was no longer "age appropriate" behavior. My infant daughter had bald spots on her head while the management refused to separate her from the offending child. Do not send your children to this school!
