HORRIBLE!!! They don't even deserve 1 star.I needed to see a doctor quickly for a bad infection in my eye when my eye doctor was on vacation. Their office referred me to Dr. Parekh.They had me rush in to be seen that very day, but made me wait over and hour to be seen.Then they required me to make a payment for services up front due to the fact that I was only referred to them because my primary doctor was out on vacation. They did NOT bother to tell me that they were planning to turn around a file with my insurance company and I wouldn't be able to. I then had to fight with them about getting a refund. They wouldn't return phone calls and their office manager was conveniently out for two weeks. I'd rather be sick than deal with this doctor's office. My eye doctor, Dr. Barbara Nugent, just down the street would never have treated me like this and she has been giving me awesome service for more than 15 years. They will no longer be referring patients to Dr. Parek
