Love this shop! Last time I was there I found a great designer handbag, and a few brand new skirts! The owner is so sweet, I'll definitely be back!

The New owner is a wonderful Christian women that does consignment so you get more money. I love to go see her once a week.

I've been shopping at Back to the Rack for over 6 years and I can honestly say that Tracey does a great job keeping her store organized with great merchandise and clothing. She is not just a store owner but she is very personable with those individuals that open themselves up to befriending people. My daughter and I love her store! She goes above and beyond what most store owners would do for customers. If you are looking for great deals, great sales reps and owner along with quality merchandise, this is the place to shop! I will be shopping there again soon.

I have been a frequent client of Back to the Rack Resale Boutique for almost as long as Tracey Williams has been in business. Tracey as well as her staff are very cordial and accommodating to all of her customers. I felt compelled to respond to some of the other reviews. The reason why the owner quickly goes through merchandise when deciding whether or not to purchase is because she has worked in the fashion industry for a number of years (in management and as a small business owner) and knows what will and will not sell. Honestly, you cannot please everyone and it is often hard for people to take a long hard look at their clothes and realize that it is not exactly the quality that they think it is. Not only am I a frequent shopper, but I also sell my clothes back to her and have never been disappointed. My advice would be to go to the shop and judge for yourself.

This is one of the best resale shops in the area. People come from all over the area to shop and to sell clothing. I have never been disappointed -. If I have an issue, all I have to do is tell Tracey and she fixes it. It is such fun to shop there. Tracey and Renee and LaTonia are wonderful to work with and they are honest with their opinions when you ask for them. I get my once a week shopping "fix" when I go there.

This business is the best! The employees and the owner are so much fun to talk with and they are very honest with me when I try things on that they don't think look right on me. Tracey also has an ebay boutique with high end items. Ask her about it the next time you're in the store. The deals of the week are always good, and she will email you all the details if you ask her to.

I agree with the other reviews! I took TONS of items in - about 20 still had the tags on them. The manager was too busy gossipping with another woman about how she hated her son's school district and teacher.

I watched her the entire time she went through my items. She would pick up handfuls of folded items and toss them into another pile without even looking through them! She did not buy a single item of mine - yet many of my items were nicer than the items on the racks!

Some items she would just pick up the tag and look at the namebrand. I would not bring clothes from walmart or the dollar store in there!!!! And once again, all my items were tossed to the side. I should have just walked out, but unfortunately I needed to buy 2 shirts that I found.

When my bill was totaled, I questioned her and she became irrate. I asked to see the tags that had the prices on them - and she tore them off and refused to show them to me!!!



Sounds like a good call for the better business bureau!!!

I have to agree that Tracey does not pay even close to what she should...a bit greedy. I do understand my items have been worn but some items still had tags and were valued at of $75.00 and up. I was only offered $2.00 to $3.00 per item at the most (Jones New York, Guess, BCBG, etc...). This includes shoes that had obviously been worn once or twice such as SOFT, Tahari brand, etc...She will make a killing on these items....so it seems like she would make a fair offer of at least double what she offers.

She will get upset if you do not accept her offer. For a resale shop, the clothing is priced a bit high. She seems nice until you sell her your clothes.

I would never tell any friends about this store. They do not pay a fair amount for great clothing some never worn and I take name brand clothes all the time. I finally decided not to go back since they never called me to let me know that my offer was ready. I had clothes that they did not want and they donated them. I am all for donating things, but when I want to donate, they are my clothes, not theirs unless they buy them. I will never consign there again. The owner is never around and the employees do not know how to handle problems. I feel like they stole my clothing. When you do not ever get a phone call and have to call them, that is not good business. They always say they will call you with an offer and then they never do. I wil never do business with this store again.

Cute stuff! The merchandise is always changing so you know people are going in and out a lot. Once I asked for something specific and she called me when she had something that she thought I would like.

I went there for the first time about 6 months ago with a friend. Now it's a weekly Saturday stop. The owner Tracey is usually there and is very pleasant. Tracey treats you like she's known you forever. I have made several purchases there of gently used items such as name brand sandals and purses. These were in such great condition I gave as gifts to my family at Christmas. It has certainly helped me stretch my dollar. Merchandise changes weekly. Go by and check it out! It's a great place to shop or just to stop by and say hi to Tracey!

This is my favorite place. She carries only high quality merchandise and there are always sales. The staff is friendly and honest. Excellent store!
