If you're looking for a good car, stay as far away from this place as you can! Joe is an absolutely horrible salesman, and person. I bought my kia spectra5 from them back in August and it has been sitting in my driveway since. I paid $2900 for what should have been a perfect car other than hail damage, but since I've gotten it I've ran into problem after problem after problem, and I'm not able to drive it at all.

One of the headlights was busted and doesn't work, which I couldn't tell because it was daytime. On the way home with the car, when I went other 60 for the first time it started to shake violently, and does not stop at any higher speed. The wheel vibrates so hard you cannot hold on to it.

On top of that the staff was extremely rude. He was barely talking and making it extremely awkward. I was waiting for him to show us arouns the car or tell us something, but he acted like we were supposed to know what to do. We had to ask to see the car keys and then we tried to tell him it was really low on gas before we took it for a test drive, but he insisted it was fine. We ended up running out of gas right down the road. We called him and he said he would be right over with a gas can. This was back in August and it was extremely bright and hot and we were standing waiting in a parking for at least 20 minutes.

I should have realized it was a sham but I was in need of a reliable car and he had us convinced he was selling it cheap just because of hail damage, and now I'm stuck with a POS car.

On top of all that, my paper license plates have been expired for 3 months and I still have not recieved my metal plates, even though he said they would be in by the end of September. When I called trying to found where they were, he was extremely short and rude with me. He told me to "call me back tomorrow at 12 and I'll check. I'm already getting ready to go home." Okay????? Fuck. This. Place.
