This is in response to the previous review I am the owner and this is a fake review at no time have we ever had this type of complaint we have been open for 9 years and take pride in the work we provide every customer is given the opportunity to review the services provided we have a consent form that clearly states that each customer has reviewed and approved the submittal of their taxes furthermore we have an error and omissions policy that covers us in the rare case of mistake... Not even the name comes up as a customer we have served over 10,000 clients and pride in customer service..

Did our taxes. We found an error and when we called back they refused to file an amended 1040. This was after i sought advice form my company's CPA. He gave me a lecture as to his 10 years experience and refused to let me talk. After me try to explain that i found a IRS pulblication that would prove him wrong, he hung up on me. Totally unprofessional. No customer service. Do not use l.
