I hope this allows me to give zero stars. Be forewarned, if you ever move into their offices and have to port in your number, chances of getting it back are slim. We have been held hostage by them for nearly two months, losing customers on a daily basis due to the fact that they refuse to give a bill for a new company to port over your number once you move. EVEN THOUGH IT WAS OUR NUMBER WHEN WE MOVED IN!



When the onsite managers prove to be incompetent, do not think you will ever get to speak to the owner, Roger Duck. It has been over a month since we requested to speak to him and still nothing. Poor customer service at it's finest!
