One of their plumbers came out to my house in March. He did such a poor job that the same fitting busted loose after only four months. Instead of replacing the hardware, he just tried to fix a joint that was bad to begin with. More time and money was spent repairing a bad job than it would have taken doing it right the first time. I talked to the owner and he became very irate and unprofessional. I went with a different company to fix the problem and they did a fantastic job. The owner said they would have came back out, but the water damage to my bathroom and house was already done due to poor workmanship.

Provided by YP.comI was referred by a friend. I was able to get a quick response from the secretary and got a bid quickly without a "Travel Fee" like Benjamin Franklin would charge. They kept to their dates and actually got it done earlier than planned (before Thanksgiving). After finding the problem, they took pictures and sent them to me so we could see the damage to our sewer pipe. It was completed efficiently and even tried to save my grass. The job was completed at the original quoted price.

Provided by YP.comThe Plumbers that came to my home were professional. They went over details of services provided & walked me through each step. That is important to me due to any money I have to spend as a consumer. They replaced parts on my water heater and worked on my kitchen faucet, I now have hot water and faucet is not leaking. I feel I was charged at a reasonible rate. They will provide me with all my plumbing needs in the future. I will recomend them to anyone that needs a plumber.

Provided by YP.comWe used Burton's Mechanical to plumb our luxury, custom-built home. What a mistake! On a scale of 1 to 10, ten being the best, I'd give them a negative one. They left the job without completing it. Our jacuzzi tub leaked, our kitchen sink leaked, one of the stations was not terminated at all, and to top it off, they scratched our beautiful, newly installed travertine tile in our Master Bath, which we had to have replaced, at our cost. It gets even better! This company filed a frivolous mechanics lien on our new home, because we deducted the cost of the tile repair. The Better Business Bureau is my next stop, as well as civil court. ***Warning....Warning....Warning****
To value customers! We are a very honest respected plumbing business in the metroplex.Don Forrest in Mansfield is being sued for failure to pay the contractors that work very hard to build his home. The city of Mansfield inspectors green tag the work we performed. This man is mad because he singed a contract and i'm holding him to the contract. His idiol threats are pathetic. As a hard working American i warn other contractors beware this person does not pay his bill.I do have a mechanical lien, next step a judgement! Get all your money up front are you want get paid!
