Same thing happened to me!!! They activated a greendot card in my name, which I did not know about.. I was suppose to recieve a paper check but instead they had my refund sent to the card, and they withdrew all of my money and I havnt heard anything since!!

Everybody watch out. They stole my whole tax refund. They used green dot cards this year and had mine sent to there location. They had activated the card which requires your ss# and drained the card of $5800 from banks located next to there office locations. Then they told me they could do nothing about it. Do not trust them at no means.
