I have heard that this was the place to take kids, hence the name. I was really scared to get my daughters hair cut because I didn't want to ruin the natural curls. But the longer is got, the curls seem to be going away. So I decided to go to a recommend place instead of going to great clips or some other cheap Salon. BIGGEST MISTAKE! My other child had my full attention due to the fact that the cable was out, the DVD player was broken, everyone made him feel unwelcome. My daughter sat in a broken "princess" chair. Her hair is completely uneven a good 3 inches at a point. Her hair is shorter than I specified. Paw patrol seem to have her attention more than her client. I will never go back there and will never recommend this place to anyone. I am very dissatisfied.

For two boys (3 & 8) we were charged $40 for haircuts. The haircuts were not at all what I requested not to mention the fact that it appears as though their hair was cut by other children. I understand it can be difficult to cut a child's hair but when you apply to work at a place that caters to children, act like you know how to manage doing so. Their hair has various lengths and looks very choppy. Granted, my 3 year old was very exited to sit in the fire truck chair but for Mom & Dad it was a waste of time and money. Never again!
