I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Hart for making the sale and closing of Summergrove so seamless. With it being a short sale, I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the closing happened. David Hart's attention to detail and professionalism enabled a thirty day close to happen seamlessly. He was prepared each step of the way, and it was much appreciated.

Dave is a very dedicated real estate professional who constantly has his client's best interest at heart. During the sale of our home, he stayed in constant contact about everything related to the selling process, and responded with quick and sound advice about all aspects of the process. We sold our home in 3 weeks using David and would recommend him to anyone looking for a qualified, dedicated professional.

We too have not met David in person. However, he was able to help me and my family out of a difficult situation. We are stationed in Missouri so finding someone that could be professional and flexible enough to help us without ever having to travel to Texas was crucial and David was definitely the right person for the job. Not only did he sell our home in time with a short sell to avoid foreclosure, he also kept up the maintenance on our home, yard and pool. David went above and beyond anything I have ever heard or seen before. Even when the bank sold our loan halfway through the selling process he was able to close on time. I would highly recommend David to a friend or family member.

We had a number of obstacles to overcome in the selling of our home, not the least of which was that my family had to relocate for work almost immediately. David went well above and beyond what is expected of a realtor in making sure that our house was watched over and taken care of. He made what could have been a nightmare situation go very smoothly.

We had pre approval for our Chase Bank before we mobed down here to TX and Chase messed it all up and was unable to get closed on the house in time. In a down economy, David sold our house for asking price the first weekend it hit the market. We were very impressed with David’s ability to feel the pulse of the market and price our house aggressively but also competitively. David went above and beyond what we have ever experienced with other realtors. His attention to detail and willingness to help with every aspect of getting the house ready to sell is remarkable. He helped move furniture around for staging, kept the sidewalks clean, and checked on the house regularly since we had already moved. Even after the sale, he was still there whenever we needed him. He met contractors for repairs when we couldn’t be there and even sold a piece of furniture for us! David’s work and business ethics are impeccable--we trust him completely. We only wish we had known him when we were buying our new house.
