This store has the worst customer service. We ordered a large specialty last night. The Rep told that it was 12.99, and then she said that the total with tax is 21.99. When I questioned about the big Tax fee ($9), she said she'd check again and then told me it's $16.11. So basically she added a Tax fee of more than $3 (24%).
After one hour waiting for the pizza delivery and nobody showing up, we called the store again. She said they don't deliver to our area, and she said she called 4 times to try to tell us. When we suggested that she might have called a wrong number, she said "No, it's this number you are calling right now". Needless to say we checked the caller ID and didn't find any trace that they have called us even once.
Our plan for the night (Planned for a movie night) got completely ruined by this.
I thought Domino is trying to set a new image for the brand, with customer service like that I doubt it's working.
