After growing up surrounded by physicians, Dr. Zafar was sure very early on that she wanted to pursue a career as a physician. She completed residency training in Internal Medicine at Case Western Reserve University, followed by a fellowship in Geriatric Medicine at the University Hospitals of Cleveland.
