Wish I could give less than one star. We're new to the area and this place was close to the kids' school. Well they were super slow and had me wait even though they weren't busy. The last straw was when they lost my husband's favorite work shirt. Very nice, expensive dress shirt and it's just gone! We shall see if they make this right. So far I haven't been reimbursed for the cleaning or for the shirt.

They don't open on time. The morning staff is rude when trying to help with the correct time. Refused to give name and phone number of store. I'll find a new cleaner, even if it means more inconvenience and/or more expense.

People there never smile. I have been to many dry cleaners in the past, and accasionally they may miss a spot on a garment. Well, this place continuosly misses spots and stains. Last time they missed the same spot, after bringing it to their attention, three times; and their pressing needs improvement. I would not recommend this place. Perhaps they need new lighting or their employees need glasses so they can see the kind of job they are doing.
