CRIMINALS!!

I understand 3/4 of the business Pawnships recieve are from Drug addicts with stolen merchandise, however, the 1/4 are legitimate consumers. Myself and my wife being one of them. Recently My wife pawned our 21.5 iMac Apple Computer because we needed the money temporarlily and planned on getting our computer back once we could afford it. Pawn shop requires you provide them your Administrative passcode so if the computer forfeits they can sell it without being locked out, understandable. During the time my wife negoiated the pawn they accepted our brand new iMac and wrapped the computer completely in Saran Wrap or (Food Wrap). 1 1/2 months later my father and i went up the pawn shop to purchase our computer back , when we got there i noticed that 3/4 of my computer was exposed and only 1/4 was actually wrapped with saran wrap, I immediately thought thats odd, but i wasnt with my wife when she dropped it off so i just thought to myself "Maybe because its such a large monitor". When i brought the computer home I plugged it in and it immediately went to the desk top screen without asking me for a admin passcode , which i thought "Thats odd". So i said "Let me change my admin passcode and start over fresh". As i went through to the Admin section and entered my passcode it said "ACCESS DENIED, Incorrect password, try again"!! I thought thats odd. Now on the back of the computer they have two "FIRST CASH PAWN" Stickers with my passcode written on it so they would remember it obivously so theres no reason why this password shouldnt be working. Now if you've ever changed a computer password the computer prompts you to provide a 'HINT' so you can remember what that password is... the hint these CRIMINALS added in my computer was "Freaking Corporate People SUCK 26"! Immediately i knew they had broken into my computer illegally , I had all my previous tax information, intimate photo's of my wife and I, videos of birth delivery, all kinds of information. Prior to this earlier in the year the IRS notified us that someone had stolen my wifes SSN and filed their taxes with it! NOW we know WHY!! By the time i realized all of this it was 9:30pm and the store was closed, i googled the corporation and called everysingle "DIAL BY NAME" person in that office and left messages advising and requesting that i receive a call back ASAP! The next morning some kid calls me names EMILIO from the corp office and tries to determine if the computer was up for forfeit at the time , basically implying that my computer had went into forfeiture and thats why they could have possibly changed my PASSWORD, but i have all the receipts proving my computer was never even close to being in forfeiture! So i mentioned this to him by stating "I dont appreciate you not taking this seriously" and he responded by saying "DUDE, Look im just trying to get the facts"! I was ASTONISHED! I said ... "DUDE..., How about SIR??? ?!" Then i hung up, then a gentleman named Jim Motley called from corp who sounded much more Professional but was still trying to cover his bases by apologizeing and stating "We are so sorry this happened but we must complete our investigation first, but if something like this did happen we promise someone will lose their job over this". AS IF SOMEONE LOSING THEIR JOB WOULD MAKE ME FEEL BETTER ABOUT ALL OUR INTIMATE AND PRIVATE INFORMATION BEING BREACHED!! We are in litigation now- They hire CRIMINALS ,DO NOT, I EMPLORE YOU DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! Ultimately Its your Life - But they are corrupt and they hire people who dont value hard working consumers money- GENNA i am so sorry to hear that , I cannot imagine losing my ring and then having someone toatlly show a lack of concern the way these people did, sadly i totatllly believe you!! Be Blessed and stay away from these CROOKS- J Bryant

TERRIBLE PEOPLE!!

First off they do not deserve a star rating at all!! I had my ring stolen and when I called the store everyone had a bad attitude. Customer service is terrible! No one wanted to help me much less talk to me! They gave me the impression that if they did have my item they were going to keep it! Then last but not least they hung up on me! I will tell everyone I no to NOT go there! All the other Pawn shops were extremely helpful and kind!!
