Bad, bad.

My two kids were there today with three other friends. I guess the manager didn't validate a coupon I found and said it wasn't them, even when I showed her the coupon in my phone. Then the same lady came to bother like my daughter was not supposed to be playing because wasn't showing the wrist band and didn't apologize or anything. It was the first and last time we go there.

Horrible

I've been there since it was open. Flight deck is beyond unorganized. How they treat costumers is rediculous. There are a couple of girls that get my kids in without my ID and no picture on file. And they always give my kids discounts or sneak an extra hour yes these are great. But then you get to the actual jumping I went and so many kids over crowding was crazy. I demanded a refund because all of the workers was not keeping the little ones with white wrist bands where they should. Workers were fooling around and jumping with everyone and as I see that was very unprofessional. And once again everyone was on there phones. I walked in there one night and see a girl manager "tweaking" and fooling around while everyone was on there phones and play fighting around the red part of the yogurt sitting. I have had the worst experience with this place. There restrooms were behind dirty with crickets everywhere. The trampolines are discussing and they need to get on there cleaning. I will never go back there and I advise anyone else to never go there. Urban air and jump street are beyond better and spread out with a lot better employment.

energetic kids? this is the place

My 7 year old boy loves this place. We don't go as often as he would like but we go 2 - 3 X a month. After an hour of jumping he cools off with frozen yogurt from their own yogurt section. Yummy!

been going twice a week but plan to switch

Between me and my wife we take our kids atleast twice a week to flight deck. At 12$ per hr per kid thats 25$ per trip. The price does not bother me as its with in 15 minutes of where i live. Its a nice building with lots of people hired to supervise (7 right now). Has a foam pit, kids area, basketball goals and 2 dodgeball areas. Also has a icecream area which is nice. One thing i dont like is that parents cant jump with kids for free. Every other trampoline park ive been to has allowed parents to jump for free (jump street). Between the price and parents having to pay to jump i plan to make a 30 minute drive to another park in the future. With how often we go it will save quite a bit of $$. In conclusion its a nice place, convenient, good for occassional trips, but not competetively enough priced. I may still be back but plan to make the extra 20 minute drive to jump street in dallas.

Great place to bring the family, especially since it's all indoors! Not sure what "Shellie W" was talking about, we booked online easily, had to call to verify the hours and a person answered. Maybe it was just a bad day when she called.

The only way to contact someone is by actually going to the location, No one answers the phone. the Website will not allow you to book a party, no one will contact you. When I finally went to the location no one there had knowledge of the birthday packages.
