I had called 5 other companies over 2 months, even 1 referral from a neighbor, and after more than 10 calls was not able to talk to a live person. I called Fuller and someone answered the phone immediately and started my request for a land survey. Fuller communicated per phone and email to keep me updated and completed the request in my time line. I received the documents within a few days of the completion of the project. I was very happy with the quality of work and communication with the main office. My only comment is that the staff doing the work were late and did not contact me to let me know. However, I called the office to ask about this and got information about the reason for the late arrival and an apology from the owner. My appointment was able to be kept on the same day, which was scheduled around my work schedule. The company was also very helpful in helping me understand the type of survey I needed to be able to complete a sale of the property. I highly recommend this company.
