This was the worst experience ever! I was a returning customer and brought a new client to the owner to get hair braided. Initially when I got my hair done I was pleased and informed many of my colleagues. Granted, it was 9 pm when we walked in the door but my collegue called ahead to ask about closing time. She was informed closing time was at 11 pm, this was around 8 pm the phone conversation was held. She called my collegue about 20 minutes later to see if she was still coming, this shows you her level of desperation for business. We get there around 9 and I tell her I would like the 2 braid goddess style as my friend was getting her hair corn rowed. Keep in mind, she agreed to do my hair while her daughter , who is unliscensed , took my braids out of my hair. As her daughter, an unliscensed person, attempted to wash my hair, I refused stating I would wait for her mom. Halfway into doing my friends hair, she asked me if I could come tommorrow and like most working people, I declined
